Capitol city of the I.R.A system. Home of the United Commissar's Committee Legislative Building, as well as the Capitol Grand Palace where the Autrach of the system resides. Originally in a severe state of ruin after the First Colonial War's end, the G.S.A.F. assisted the I.R.A. in reconstruction of the city and it's historical sights. With the slowly loosening U.G.A.F. presence, the city is one of the few that does not have entire regiment's of Colonial Army soldiers stationed amongst the populace.
